Steak Stir Fry
What a weekend it has been! Our refrigerator decided to it didn’t want to work right anymore. Why? Because when everything decides to go wrong it does. Thankfully it ended with the fridge. However, I am not going to jinx it. We also have another fridge downstairs so we were blessed this time! Besides I get to tell you about this awesome gluten free steak stir fry!
Anyways, I have had to cook a lot of food because of that incident and I had about 1 1/2 pounds of steak that I had no idea what to do with but maybe make food for the dogs… Yeah I though that would a bit of a waste too.
To go back a little bit we buy from a local all grass-fed farm, which has the best beef that we have ever had! However, cooking all grass-fed steaks can be tough… literally they get super tough if they are cooked too long, but my mom and I like our steaks dead and done. I mean hardly any pink and if there is blood you can probably forget about us eating it. It is just the way we have always been.
So naturally, chopping the steak up and creating a steak stir fry with some summer vegetables is the thing to do! Trust me you will not be disappointed with this masterpiece!

I have always heard that you should eat your vitamins instead of taking them as supplements, so be creative with this dish too! I have also done this same thing with chicken as well and it is just something that you can’t beat! Such a simple and tasty dinner and the fact that it makes plenty for a family of 6 with leftovers for lunch the next day.
What would you add to make this just that much tastier?
